Sales Associate
Finance company with an opportunity to build a book of business. We are a growth oriented company seeking an experienced Sales Associate capable of winning business selling AR Financing/Factoring solutions to carriers in the Transportation industry. Tetra Capital has been providing financial solutions to carriers for the last 3 years. We work in a team environment and we seek individuals who see the benefits of being in a collaborative environment.
Sales Associates are responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable client relationships on behalf of Tetra Capital, for actively making contacts, prospecting for new accounts, and building a network of referral sources in order to continue to grow a client portfolio. You would be a part of a fantastic team that will have many opportunities for growth as we continue to exceed our growth plans.
Requirements-- Phone experience, Proven track record of success in sales and problem solving, Strong Communication Skills, Ability to understand financial services and communicate that to clients, Ability to manage time effectively.
Desired Attributes-- College experience in finance or work history in finance, Industry experience in the transportation industry, The ability to have fun at work and still exceed expectations. Bilingual in Spanish and English
