Part Time Visa Associate

SCHEELS is currently seeking a Part-Time VISA associate for our Sandy, UT location. This position will provide support and world class customer service to all customers, and associates, through VISA program initiatives as well as answering and resolving VISA related issues for customers. Responsibilities Include: Stock VISA materials daily, display and order materials as needed; signage, folders, applications, etc. Process completed applications and solve customer issues relating to VISA card program. Organize and execute Card Member Appreciation Days and other VISA Membership events, under supervision of VISA Manager. Coordinate work with other areas of the store to promote benefits to the staff and display information for customer awareness. Maintain high standard of confidentiality and respect for privacy when working with customers who are applying for the SCHEELS VISA. Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas. Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills (written / verbal) Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills Ability to perform basic math; perform operations using units of currency, measurements and understanding percentages; compute rate, ratio and percent; draw and interpret bargraphs Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels' policies and procedures. With or without accommodations, be able to sit, and/or stand, for extended periods of time. Use hands to process transactions and ability to communicate well with customers. Able to reach, balance, walk or crawl Able to lift or move up to 25 lbs. Ability to work assigned schedule which may include varied hours, evening, weekends, and holidays Education and
Experience: Ideal candidate will have one to three months of related customer service experience, or training related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Schedule: Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9am and 9pm, Monday through Saturday, 11am and 5pm, Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Average 20 - 25 hours a week.
